Ok. So here you are. Probably saying AHHHH another one of these get ripped quick schemes. No this is not a scheme in the least bit. This is all about hard work and dedication. Oh you dont like that shit? well there is the door. Ok. so you decided to stay. Smart move on you're part. So lets get into it. The first and foremost important part about getting and STAYING ripped is having a PRECISE diet plan. Yes fatty that means drop all the processed crap and that gallon of soda you been chugging back all damn day.
You will have to form the right diet.You will have to incorporate the right lifting plan. What do i mean by the right diet? Well we can first start off with the main protein sources.(Protein is used for the building and recovery of muscle tissue U WANNA GET SWOLE DONT YOU?) Fish-preferably talapia,grilled chicken,whey protein shakes (look at all labels even on protein tubs yes some are still high in carbs fat and sugar do not buy "mass gaining shakes",eggwhites(you can buy liquid eggwhites if you choose they are fine just a tad more expensive im poverty so ill stick with the old fashion way of cracking them lol), 93-7 lean ground beef, ground turkey patties ( do not buy the frozen ones they are extremely high in sodium and fat),you can also eat steak if you choose. When choosing steak make sure you dont buy steak that has tons of "marveling" easier known as fat or basically the white lines you see..why? because that is all fat. Try and get the leanest piece of steak you see. So as for the basic protein sources that pretty much covers the best sources for getting and STAYING RIPPED. Now lets get onto the Carbohydrates.
YES FATTY. Drop all those cookies,breads and cakes that you have been shoveling down you're disgusting mouth. Time to FUEL THAT BODY with high grade octane. To make it easier to understand would you put regular 87 gas in a 300,000 ferrari? No didnt think so unless you want it to run like complete and absolute CRAP. That is the same way you need to look at you're body like a damn ferrari. So onto the best and i mean absolute best carbohydrate sources. This is not for the weak of heart or mind. The choices are very limited so if you still think you will be shoveling down lays potatoe chips and doritos then its time to leave. The first and probably the best carbohydrate source would be sweet potatoe, (you can use white potatoe if you choose but it spikes insulin levels quicker then a sweet potatoe would basically a sweet potatoe would give you longer sustained energy while a white potatoe would give you a quick busrt of energy) onto the oatmeal,im not saying go out and buy oatmeal in packets that is loaded with sugar. No go in the cereal section and go look at that huge tub of PLAIN QUICK OATS and go read the back. .NO SUGAR NO ADDED ANYTHING JUST PLAIN I will discuss later on how you can make this taste better without added calories. Next on to the rice. I personally dont eat rice as a carbohydrate source because it leaves you hungry 10 minutes later thats why sweet potatoe and oats is top on my list but if you decide to go with rice go ahead and get the BROWN RICE. Obviously there is a ton of other carb sources that are actually OK to eat such as apples,strawberries,blackberries etc. Yes once you are actually ripped you can consume all those things on a more regular basis but until then STICK WITH THE OATS AND SWEET POTATOE LIKE I MENTIONED BECAUSE YOU WANT TO LOSE THAT JELLY ROLL AND SEE THOSE 6 PACK ABS DONT YOU? OK so next onto FATS. Healthy fats that is.
Ok ok. So you made it this far. Im actually pretty proud of you. Most people would of quit as soon as they heard of hard work and dedication. On to the fats. Yeah you are probably thinking mmmmmm fats,cheese burgers,mayo,peanut butter etc. NO. Get you're head straight. You thought this shit would be that easy? Im going to list the best FAT sources. Almonds,Cashews actually most nuts are extremely good fats. Just make sure you buy plain do not buy roasted or coated in a layer of barbeque sauce you are defeating the whole purpose just go eat some doritos in that case. Second thing would be oilive oil, vegetable oil canola oil ETC. I would not go more then 2 table spoons of this a day. Ahhh yes every fat persons favorite peanut butter. Ok you can have it but you gotta work for it. That means you see that peanut butter on the shelf that has a layer of oil sitting on the tip and you gotta mix it? Yes its calling you're name. Its all natural thats why no added sugars hydro. Oils trans fat etc..just natural peanut butter. So That pretty much covers fat. You can also just add some whole eggs into you're diet if you would like to also. These are the BEST fat sources though. Obviously you do not want to start consuming extremely large quantities of them every day because they are very high in calories.
Ok. So that pretty much covers all 3 things. Protein,Carbs And Fat. Dont worry you made it this far you're body isnt going to shutdown because you completely give up all junk food. You will Survive. You are mentally strong RIGHT?
Ok so the last part of the article i want to talk about is how in the hell do i make all this bland crap taste better? Well its fairly easy, for the eggs go and get some hotsauce,just make sure its not a special brand that is like a mexican variety just NORMAL HOTSAUCE WILL DO. Now im not saying pour the entire bottle on the eggs. Hotsauce can get a little high on the sodium content so watch out. Can you say BLOATED? As far as that goes same goes for the meats,you can buy fish seasoning that has no sodium in it,steak seasoning etc. JUST MAKE SURE YOU READ LABELS. So now you are probably saying how can i make my sweet potatoe even sweeter and what about my oatmeal? Typical fat persons brain. Well its simple. Go get some damn "equal" or some other "artificial sweetner" and put it on there. Add some cinnamon if you want too. Bam added flavor without added calories. Im a genuis right? Thank me in my next Blog about How to lift to stay ripped also discussing how often to eat Etc...And how you dont need cardio to get ripped. Until then,stay strong not only physically but mentally.
